Miss Vicky Wine Loves that Languedoc

My Paris trip started out great with an art gallery tasting hosted by Vicky Wine and Les Mois du Vin centered around “Love That Languedoc” and some of my own wines at Domaine O’Vineyards.   They know how to throw a party. And l’Oeil du Huit art gallery was an interesting setting for the wine. We tasted a lot of delicious Languedocs (and a Roussillon!) and had over 100 people who stuck around the whole night to check out the art and vino. There was also some amazing fusion food being served to accompany the tasting.

Things were really too busy to get a good episode out of the event, but I wanted to at least post some photos and let you know about it. Maybe I’ll do a video blog recap when I get home to talk about my highlights from the event and some of the wines tasted.

The wines:
Opéra de Château Villerambert Julien, AOC Minervois
Syrah de Château Villerambert Julien
Château Villerambert Julien Blanc, AOC Minervois
O’Podium Stainless Steel 2005, Domaine O’Vineyards, Vin de Pays Cité de Carcassonne
O’Podium American Oak 2005, Domaine O’Vineyards, Vin de Pays Cité de Carcassonne
O’Podium French Oak 2005, Domaine O’Vineyards, Vin de Pays Cité de Carcassonne
